ADDCO 360

Introduction
• Current signalling system used by the ADDCO is quite cumbersome with limited features, time and cost consuming. It
display messages on the sign boards via a lever based controller box and resides at the site location of sign board in
which the human hard work is involved for changing the sign by visiting at the signboard location.
• The basic concept of this new ADDCO 360 project is the creation of one software application for ADDCO employees and
their customers to manage the sign boards efficiently and smartly. This is an IoT based application which belong to the
“Digital Advertisement" and it involves two software i.e Cloud based Software and Controller Software.
• Both these software's are connected to Azure cloud where all the messaging and signalling is controlled by Azure IoT
hub. The controller software which is connected with signboards is actually an IoT based micro computer, which
handsomely take care of all incoming and outgoing messages through cloud.
Overcoming-Obstacles
• The main challenge behind creation of this new software is to replace the old bulk hardware with IoT based computer
(DragonBoard 410 C) which also support the new IoT based cloud software. It is successfully managed by Systematix.
• The hardware which was used by client was designed before 1990. The coding was on the Assembly language or C and
we need to convert the Assembly language into prefered language like C# or any other programming language. It is
handled and successfully implemented by Systematix in C#.

Introduction
• Ampcontrol is a mining engineering company that manufactures electrical and power system for mining industry. The
problem faced by Ampcontrol team was to perform the tests by visiting at site locations for checking the machine manually
each time, which takes lot of time and resources to handle the process.
• For resolving this issue of AMPINTEL, Systematix have implemented a cloud based Asset Information System "AIS“ which is
an IOT based application in Android which can tests the overall unit of the gold mining machine located at site location from
anywhere. This app automatically connects with outlet and perform the tests to identify the problem and generate the
reports which will be further uploaded on a server.
Overcoming-Obstacles
• Main challenge was to create prototype which can respond the same as client’s gold mining machine and accordingly the
prototype was created by Systematix which exactly performs same as gold mining machine.
• Identification of outlet was challenging part as Bluetooth device shows the name and mac address, so after scanning outlet
was not identified. Systematix have resolved the issue by showing the name of outlets for identification and made other
devices visible as unknown .

• It is a strong & powerful tablet based system used with Dashboard for better visibility & control for data captured on
different machines on different plant at regular intervals (every 1 or 2 min.). Graphs/ charts & alerts provide better control/
visibility & prompt for immediate action where data readings going beyond it’s allowable limits and hence prevent loss of
production.
Overcoming-Obstacles
• A built-in feature is implemented which will detect damage or deficiencies in the processing units, to stop manufacturing of
default units then and there which will save material, time and cost from that process till packaging
• Initially there were limited accessibility but after providing useful solution by Systematix, Foreperson can now access live
logs of machines and it’s processes from plant, home, outside premises of factory, etc. irrespective of wherever they are
• Digital alerts is configured based on the severity of the manufacturing issue on the floor, so that actions can be taken
immediately

• NHDC is based on IoT which can measure flood control by Forecasting the level of flood water at different places and
different station. The main purpose of this project is to maintain the water level on hourly basis and forecast the water
level of next 24 hours. Based on sign on particular dam or river side, level of water is detected and accordingly
notification is sent to control authority.

• Main challenge was to maintain the accuracy of data, which is maintained by Systematix around 90%-95%
• Security is another challenge to manage the data of each location which is managed properly
• Calculations are implemented with some formulas for recognizing the flood and accordingly sent high alerts to
authorities which was one of the hurdle to send the alert on time.
