Admin space timeline In order to create the automations for due dates, I needed to have a timeline. For that purpose, I needed to know both how much time each task takes, but also the interconnection between the tasks and stages. For example, whether task no 2 is started as soon as task no 1 is completed, or do you need to wait a day/week, etc. The same applies to Stages - do you start the Unlock stage as soon as the Welcome stage is completed, or is there a lag? Based on the time estimates provided in the task comments, I came up with a timeline for the entire project. In total, the project (including all stages) should take 102 days. I assumed that there is a lag of 1 day between the stages. I did not count lag between tasks. Feel free to review this timeline and add comments if adjustments are needed. According to my calculations, the timeline is the following: WELCOME STAGE: takes 2 days total ● Start Here: Onboarding task takes 30 minutes ● Get your COO Looped in starts on the same day as Start here:Onboarding, takes 2 days ● Complete this Feedback survey starts when Get your COO is complete, takes 30 mins UNLOCK STAGE: takes 30 days total, starts one day after the Welcome stage is complete (from the day 3) 1.
