Adding the items to Seller central

Introduction:
This is an SOP draft of the Adding to Amazon Seller central process.
The purpose of this document is to guide the process owner through the steps required to
complete the procedure.
This Procedure covers:
1. Adding the product (ASIN) to the Amazon Seller central Inventory
2. Stating the product condition (NEW)
3. Filling out the information in the Offer section (Price, Product condition,
Fulfillment central)
4. Marking the product as listed in Amazon Seller central
5. Double-checking the ASIN added to the ASC Inventory.

PROCEDURE:
1.
Open the DealSheet (Purchase tab) and Amazon Seller central page (See Figure 1)

In Amazon Seller Central, go to Inventory > Add product (See Figure 2)

Copy the ASIN of the product you want to add to the SC (from the ASIN column in the
Deal sheet - Purchase tab, See Figure 3)

Paste the ASIN in the Amazon page and press Search (See Figure 4)

5.
Mark the product condition as New (See Figure 5)

Click on Sell this product (See Figure 6)

7.
Fill in the information in the Offer section
7.1.
Add the price in the Your price field
7.1.1.
Review the current product price
7.1.2.
Add about £5 more pounds (See Figure 7)
NOTE: Since there is an automatic repricer, you do not need to add the exact £5, but rather a
close, round figure.

Select New as the product condition
Select the fulfillment channel
7.3.1.
Select Amazon will dispatch and provide customer service
Scroll down and click on Save and finish (See Figure 8)

Once the "Choose barcode type" options pop up:
9.1.
There are two options under Barcode Type:
Option 1: Amazon Barcode
Option 2: Manufacturer Barcode
When the option is given, select the Amazon Barcode. (See Figure 9).
If no option is given the screen will simply say Amazon Barcode Only (see Figure 9a)

9.2.
Click on Save and continue

10.
State the item was listed in the Amazon Seller central
10.1.
Go to the Deal sheet
10.2.
In Column O - Listed to Supplier central, Mark as YES (See Figure 10)

NOTE: After you marked the item as YES, the row should now turn orange,
as shown in Figure 11:

Go back to Amazon Seller central > Inventory > Manage inventory (See Figure 12)

Check the ASIN added
NOTE: After adding the item to SC, you will need to wait for about 15 minutes before going to
double-check whether the item has been added to the SC.
12.1.
Copy the Product’s ASIN from the Deal sheet and paste it to the Amazon
Inventory search box (See Figure 13)

12.2.
Ensure the right product is added to the Inventory
From this point, the product is awaiting delivery to the Prep center for processing into the prep
and onwards delivery to Amz, including shipment creation.
NOTE: Bulk upload to Amazon Seller central still needs to be discussed.
