manage their operation activities. In this project, our customer is a well-known firm in the United
Kingdom and had been looking for a custom solution to route each customer requests.
Each customer request has different steps to follow depending on the identity of the request. A
request should route through different steps, queues, and actions on it.
OUR SOLUTION
Prompt Softech has built a precise solution to operate with each request in CRM. The solution is
developed using Native Dynamics CRM customizations. Below, is a basic process flow of request
management solution-
Features:
Configure different types of requests.
Depending on configuration, automatically update records of CRM entities as well as
custom entities.
Set different stages and actions to be taken for each request.
Allow options to upload attachments.
Configure SLA & OLA time for each service types.
Notification (Email/Task) can be triggered when certain SLA time is reached.
