I am looking forward to discussing your project! meridiantp.com Proudly based in Princeton, NJ & New York, NY link technologies summary TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) & The Mississippi Department of Employment Security (MDES) During the 2020 Covid 19 pandemic, The State of Mississippi's Department of Employment Security was looking to fully update its unemployment insurance system. The system was expecting an influx of users due to the signing of the CARES Act and the subsequent unemployment boost from the federal level, and needed to be re-engineered to handle this new traffic. Meridian Technology Partners and TCS, along with a consortium of other subcontractors, helped MDES convert its system to an AngularJS based frontend, which allowed resources to load on the client-side first, reducing server load. The backend PHP was also revamped to work with the new frontend system, and the currently running AWS implementation was scaled to handle the additional expected traffic. In addition to a renewed website to help convey a sense of professionalism and expertise to their patients, PPSI needed a custom-built portal for internal use to help manage cases referred to them by personal injury attorneys. Meridian Technology Partners delivered on this goal. Not only was the web presence renewed, but organic site conversions increased over 3x from the date of launch. The plugin was developed by California-based consulting firm 10up. In order to market this plugin, 10up needed a simple but effective site built on WordPress to showcase the benefits and use-cases for their plugin. Together with the team at 10up, MTP was able to build out a polished, professional, worldclass site that demonstrated the plugin's value to customers. The site was built on a WordPress backend with custom JavaScript for the frontend. All graphics and visuals were custom designed to showcase the plugin's features and keep a consistent brand image throughout the site. After the launch of the site, both revenue and customer retention for the ElasticPress plugin increased. Frontend: HTML/CSS Custom JavaScript Backend: WordPress CMS Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (AWS) Standard EC2 Implementation with Load Balancing https://elasticpress.io meridiantp.com 4 Candid ETC & Recourse Life summary Candid ETC and Recourse Life are Arizona-based substance abuse counselors that provide Department of Transportation-approved courses for education, treatment, and rehabilitation. Both websites, run by the same owner, were in disrepair at the time MTP was retained. The sites were performing slowly, courses were crashing while customers were trying to take them, and the payment processor on the site had glitches causing customer payments to go through twice or sometimes not at all. technologies MTP was able to fix all of the above issues and bring both sites back to normal. Candid ETC and Recourse Life are currently on support plans with MTP and the sites have not had any issues since these incidents.
