IT & video Services SaaS Video Interview Solution A breakthrough SaaS video interview solution that enables organizations that provide career services to help job seekers create a personalized video interview to enhance and improve their career search. The project was designed for organizations that provide services to job seekers. Client Under NDA. Challenge We started on the project while the first version of the product was already up and running. However, some wrong choices regarding Application Design and Architecture resulted in a situation that the intended users didn't receive any value f rom the released product – the application was slow, had a lot of bugs, was not intuitive and looked outdated. This obviously resulted in almost zero user adoption and consequently meant financial losses for the Client. So the Client wanted to rework the application in order to improve adoption. 2 our solution In a series of initial planning meetings with the Client a strategic decision was made to rework the design of the application and significantly change the app architecture. Our Business Analyst working closely with the Product Owner on the Client`s side have created detailed use cases and requirements for the Project. what we did We implemented Product API for tight integration with partners; We have set up all servers monitoring, which in case of server fail, restarted all processes and notified admin; We integrated interview process with Client`s SaaS CRM system and all data f rom project was synced over there; We created payment system using Google Checkout API; We reduced the business flow duration time by making the system faster and more effective; We have reduced the load on the server while maintaining the same number of requests; We have come up with a convenient user interface and modern look&feel. 3 Technologies utilized Development: SMTP Blaster Integrations: Tools: Continuous Integration Server: Hudson Team composition We have set up a project team of 5 people: 1 Project manager; 1 UI/UX designer / Business Analyst; 1 .NET Architect; 2 Middle .NET Engineers. 4 5 HAVE A SIMILAR TASK - +1 - +44 -
