customized gifts to the customers in United States, Australia and New Zealand. The USP of their
business is, the most of their products are designed and on their way to customers within 3
days! They started with small family team and now they are one of the leading ecommerce

Challenges for Bytes Technolab
The brand was concerned about previous generation Magento 1x e-shop as the bounce rate
was higher and wanted to grow their online business in any manner. They chose Bytes

1. Migration from M1 to M2
Amalgamation of efforts channelized by Bytes Technolab to attain the key business
objectives includes analyzing the complete requirement, brainstorming on future
expansion, go back plans and complete road map of the migration process.
2. UI/UX migration from M1 to M2
Based on the UI/UX preferences of client, we installed a premium ready-to-use Magento
2 theme. Business requirement is to keep UI/UX from M1 to M2 with flowless transition.
The challenging part was to do major customization on store hierarchy since the
existing platform has large number of categories. With Bytes Technolab expertise into
M1 to M2 migration, align to business need turned into easy navigation which looks
more interactive and informative.
The new Magento 2 store has multi-website concept to sell products in US, New
Zealand and Australia, and has store pickup feature for the local customers.
The store has also been integrated with Etsy and Amazon marketplaces as well.
3. Migration from M1 to M2 with eBay integration
With the business expectation to keep all their existing features and the challenging part
was transferring existing eBay integration seamless to new M2 store. Migrating from
Magento 1 to Magento 2 is very challenging when business already have high impact on
eBay sales. Since it’s not automated, there is plenty of manual work that needs to be

Bytes Team helped the store to improve search engine visibility for many search engines
by taking care of on page SEO practice and configuring suitable SEO tools. We also
