Asgart
is a European company based in Gdynia, Poland, which implements a wide range of average and corporate turnkey solutions.
Developing IT solutions, the company helps customers to solve issues of process automation, product creation, and sales upturn. In
particular, it develops software products, provides consulting services, and also an uninterrupted technical support.
The history of the company
begins in 2013. Two friends – Vadim Babeshko and Vladimir Tarnavchik began to provide
consulting services and IT support services for state/budget institutions on a volunteer basis. Over time, they organized the "Center of
Scientific Information and Innovation", which mostly practised the promotion and implementation of open source solutions. Having
received an impressive experience and positive feedback, friends began to engage in commercial development. In 2015, the company
"Asgart" was created, the name of which is taken from the Scandinavian mythology, which Vadim is fond of. Since this time many
complex projects of different levels have implemented, and the company's staff has grown to 10 people. During this time, the range of
services provided by the company has expanded, Agile / Scrum development methodology has been introduced, CI / CD processes and
significant automation of development have been introduced. Onwards Asgart has many plans: entering new markets, starting new
projects and increasing staff that will be possible thanks to enthusiasm and a wonderful development team.
The company’s team
consists of competent specialists who have considerable experience in their field. After a detailed
consideration of a specific customer problem, we find the solution that best meets the needs of the business. The company's specialists
provide constant technical and consulting support, it allows customers to focus directly on business projects, rather than solving complex
technical issues. Experts of the company develop creative visual projects according to the main trends of UI/UX, focusing on design,
convenience and branding. The turnkey solution will be selected, considering all the needs of the customer.

How we work:
during the first contact with the client, we analyze the needs, explore the market, as well as existing solutions, both the
client and the competitors. After that we work at design and architecture, proceeding from means, needs and medium or long-term plans
of growth and development. After the completion of development and commissioning we provide uninterrupted support that it’s necessary
for further improvement and adaptation of the system to new requirements
Our goals: as a company we seek for the ideal by providing the highest level of services. Our goal is to sell high-quality services and
products of the latest trends, and also to develop, expanding into new markets and becoming the best developer in Eastern Europe.

Business intelligence
The CRM Contacts
is a contact management system. It allows you to generate leads, manage and distribute contacts between
employees. Also it highlights statistics regarding the quality of the contact database and the quality of employees’ work. System creates
reports online, which allows to manage sales operatively and to develop a strategy. There is an employees’ management: addition, deleting,
roles provision, subscribing – unsubscribing contacts. There is also the ability to manage basic functions, automatic e-mail for leads with the
corresponding corporate e-mail template. The work with the contact allows you to assign different statuses, add notes.

GoOnline Systems
The Leadexchange is the exchange of trade in leads (contacts). This platform allows you to sell leads, both offline and online on an
auction basis. There are different ways of leads addition - through files, integration from АРІ, direct connection to databases. There is a
high level of data security – all vulnerable fields are unilaterally cached. There are the realtime transaction system, the ability to place orders
for purchase/sale in accordance with the specified parameters. There are multicurrency accounts for input-output money into the system.
There are different roles of the participants: the buyer, the seller, the broker - with different commission calculations, the possibility in the
system, the access to analytics.

Financial Systems
The Capital System is the system of the customers accounting and the accounting of clients financial payments. There is a development,
an offers accounting for clients. Also there is a reference system and analytics for Business Development managers. There is the system of
periodic mailing for clients in accordance with the prepared and pre-approved information material. There is a contacts accounting with the
client, editing the client, viewing the client’s history. There is an analytics and sales prediction. There are metrics of the quality of managers’
activities, evaluation of qualification, values for companies. There is a wide range of reports on a large number of parameters

Integration
The LeadsBank
is an complex system developed on the principle of BOL (be own lead). It has developed in full accordance with the
regulation of the European Union GDPR. The system allows the private user to sell his own personal data at his own discretion. The user
can add his own personal data, integrating it from social networks, financial services according to the regulation EU PSD2 and adding it
manually. It has the ability to manage the settings broadly: a branch, firms, a price, a country and regions. The user can also fully manage
agreements and the amount of data provided. It has a wide elasticity for firms: filters, reports, analytics, multicurrency, and different
languages.
