Milestone 4: Training Staff
Development of training material
Develop training sessioins/ training plan
Scheduling a staff meeting first to introduce the concept of
the tablets to the staff.
Set a date for staff training at each location and update staff calendars
Schedule a staff meeting with the GM to discuss anything
that could affect wait staff tips
Train some key staff members at the location, and have
them run the training.
Test the training and Testing out the tablets with friends and
family who are unlikely to get upset if they're not involved
Milestone 5: Develop and Implement a customer survey
Assign a team member to develop a survey
Create a process to deliver a survey and carry it out
Create trouble shoot/ support plan
Implement customer satisfaction survey
