Sub: 3 Things You Need for a Beach Wedding
Hello,
Whether you’re planning a wedding a year from now or fantasizing about one, a beach wedding
should not be left out. When many of us think about beach weddings, we think of how expensive
and overwhelming it might be that we often leave it out of the question. Don’t rule beach
weddings out of the picture just yet because there are three things you’re definitely going to
need to have one.
The first thing you’ll need is a beach. It might seem pretty obvious, but it might surprise you how
limited your options are. Beaches are either public or private. This means either you have to
share the beach with the public, or get a permit. You can also rent a private beach. You can do
this through AirBnB or by directly contact private beach owners. If you opt for the private beach
option, start getting in contact with owners as much as one year in advance.
The second thing you will need is plan for restrictions. Either plan for a wireless wedding or
have a plan for how you’ll be able to connect everything to an outlet. Last but definitely not least
to consider is the forecast. Check the weather so you, your groom, and guests aren't battling
wind, water and sand as you say your vows. Make sure to consider other factors outside of
these if you decide on a beach wedding.
Thanks,
Yasmine
Sub: Neckwear is an Important Part of a Man’s Wardrobe
Hello,
Imagine yourself standing at the altar, watching your significant other walk down the aisle. The
standard wear for you as a man are the colors black or grey. Sure, you can stand out but the
most common option are generally black, grey and the occasional blue.
While you may style your shoes, cufflinks, lapel preferences, and on goe the list. What might not
occur to you is the collar of your shirt, and whether the style goes with the overall theme of the
wedding. Don’t forget tie or bowtie, without even adding the numerous color options to that.
Neckwear is just as important of a man’s wardrobe as any other part. Your whole outfit could be
on point, yet you realize as you stand at the altar the same colored bowtie would have looked so
much better than the same color tie. Perhaps a wing tip collar may have gone better with the
elegant wedding theme than a club collar. Don’t wait until the wedding day to consider your
neckwear options. Just as you would want to be sure that you have the right shoes and suit for
your special day, take the same priority in deciding on your neckwear. Plan for neckwear just as
you would plan the rest of your outfit!

Sub: Planning Your Honeymoon
Hello,
So the wedding planning is now over, and it’s time to transition to your honeymoon planning!
Just like your wedding, great thought has to go into why, how and when you want your
honeymoon to be. This includes locations, the span of time to have your honeymoon, requesting
time off, and most importantly, the coast.
By the time you’re done with the wedding, you’re probably wondering just how on. If you’re on a
tight budget, ditch the travel agent and plan your honeymoon old school style: go to skylinner
website, search the cheapest country to for the cheapest price and the cheapest month. What’s
a honeymoon without a little adventure? If you’re not so tight on budget, pick your location and
you’re on your way!
Talk to your employer about the days you’ll miss, and what you need to do when you get back.
How are you duties going to be dispersed and who will handle them. If you are the boss, make
plans anyway for the same conditions. Next, is to book your hotel, buy your tickets, and double
check your itinerary! Some hotels and airlines have discounts for couples on their honeymoon,
as well as extra and possibly free additions. Make sure to check them out when planning for
your honeymoon destinations. If you want to try something outside the box, try a cruise!

Sub: Planning a Wedding with Little to No Time
Hello,
A wedding is supposed to be one of the most special moments of your life. Having little to no
time should not stop you from making it just that. Although it may not seem like it, it is possible
to plan a wedding in a short amount of time. Just remember to be a bit open minded and
consider that although your fast track wedding might not be exactly as you planned, it can still
be very special.
First, make a complete list of what you want. Then, make a separate list of substitutions. For
example, if your original preference of venue was at a country club, perhaps you should settle
for a garden or outside hotel venue instead if that is the one available. It may seem like a waste
of time to make lists, but it will definitely come in handy when you need to bed your preferences
a bit in order to get your special wedding.
Another thing to consider when planning a wedding with little to no time is to get the invitations
out as soon as possible. You may have guests flying in, driving long hours, taking time from
work or possibly rescheduling other matters that they have. When planning a wedding it’s easy
to get sucked in your own world, but it’s important to remember your guests preferences as well
as your own. Keep these in mind and you’ll be on your way!

Sub: Choosing the Right Photographer
Hello,
Just when you think you’re done planning your wedding and your honeymoon, you remember
another very important element: the photographer. As you begin to search websites, get advice
from friends and plummet through multiple photographer ads, you wonder which photographer
is right for you and your wedding.
Some things to keep in mind when choosing a photographer is budget. Just because a
photographer has plenty of experience does not mean you should pay an insane amount for
their services. Yes, experience equates to value, Still, make sure you’re not overpaying for the
same service you can get for a lower price.
Also, keep in mind that you can take all the time you want, as long as it’s reasonable to your
wedding date. Take the time to look through portfolios and their past work. If you like the style,
the personality, and the price, you’ve found your photographer. Every photographer has their
own uniqueness and has a distinctive style. If you agree with that, you’re on your way. Always
make sure to ask for samples of their past work to see just what you’ll be getting.
One thing you will definitely want to check regardless of who you chose to photograph your
wedding is the policy. You always want to make sure you can share your wedding pictures
without watermarks with no additional costs. This is one of the times you’d want to read the fine
print. It’ll follow you for life!

Sub: Tips for Choosing Your Wedding Venue
Hello,
Venues are perhaps the only part of a wedding that you must absolutely have, besides the bride
and the groom of course. To have the best wedding you can, you must choose a venue that
agrees with you, your wedding theme and your guests. Let’s not forget, your budget!
Before you begin looking for a venue, Set your budget. it’s easy to get wrapped up the glamor
and beauty of all the venues that without a budget, you might end up going for the most
beautiful and the most expensive. Part of planning a wedding is to find the balance between
what you want and what your wallet needs. Once you have a budget set, stick with it with some
flexibility. If you absolutely must have the country club wedding that’s a little over your budget, it
wouldn’t hurt you much.
Next is to know you guests lists. This way, you’ll be able to decide on a small hotel wedding or a
large hall wedding. Having your guests cramped or in two much space can be the small mishap
that makes your wedding a little less than perfect.
The other thing to consider is what the venue comes with. Do they provide in-house catering
and how much? Do they charge for additional decoration? Truly find out if you’re renting just the
venue or other additional services.

Sub: Wedding Day Emergency Kit
Hello,
As humans, the best we can do is prepare as much as we can before an event to make sure it
goes according to plan. This means also being prepared in case things do not go according to
plan. A wedding day emergency kit is essential to making sure everything goes smoothly. There
are kits you can buy or make yourself. Another option is to buy one, and add a few extra items
you think you might need. No matter what you may have in your emergency kit, do not miss the
following:
Mini Sewing Kit: You can find these at any Dollar Store if you decide to buy them. If you’re a DIY
kind of person, find a small bag that can fit in mini scissors, thread , safety pins, needles,
buttons,
Stain Remover: They come as clothes or pens and are small enough to keep in an emergency
kit but tough enough to do the job they hopefully will not have to do.
Earring Ends: just so if the ends go missing there’s a quick replacement before the whole
earring falls off.
Hair bands: Make sure to have these in the kit along with bobby pins
Super Glue:Quick fix to all the problems that don’t seem to have a solution.
Breath Mints
No matter what your wedding day emergency kit has, these above items are a must.

Sub: Engagement Party Etiquette
Hello,
Some of us don’t go to weddings and wedding parties often enough to remember all the
etiquette associated with them. Not to fear however, because in here is a list of etiquettes you
may want to keep in mind when heading to an engagement party.
Generally you only invite close family members and a tight circle of friends. Inviting your
co-workers at this stage or the friends you don’t see too often isn’t standard engagement party
etiquette. Also, as etiquette it is the bride’s family that arranges the engagement party, however
nowadays it seems just about any close relation to the bride or the bride herself can hold the
party.
It’s important to let your guests know that you won’t be accepting gifts at the party. Normally,
gifts aren’t given during an engagement party. However, if you would like to accept gifts, make it
known on the invitations that go out or let the host know.
Engagement parties are supposed to be classy yet fun and most importantly, small. The
majority of the time, there is supposed to be some light happy conversation. The bride and
groom should be making small talks with the people at the party. If you will have alcohol, try to
keep it at a minimum and this is your first formal introduction of the families, do it in private.
Remember that you have an entire wedding to plan so try to keep the engagement party simple
and on budget.

Yasmine
