I joined Allianz on an initial 3 month contract as the Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to partner across multiple portfolios
on the recruitment requirements of approx. 45 positions at the time of a dynamic environment. Responsible for the end to

4,500 employees within NSW. The Ausgrid electricity network provides power to 1.6 million homes and businesses throughout
Sydney, the Hunter and the Central Coast.
With 12 direct and approx. 200 Indirect reports, responsible for development and implementation of a strategic and operational
recruitment and redeployment policy and procedure across the organisation that supported Ausgrid’s workforce plan and
developing a culture of optimisation and utilisation of talent in an agile and robust way that it in line with the organisations values
and culture.
In this time, I was successful in developing and implementing a centralised recruitment model across the organisation which
managed close to 1000 positions across the organisation which had traditionally worked in silos.
With this I also successfully developed, implemented and managed a Career Transition Centre across two locations within the
organisation providing career transition training and advise to approx. 200 affected employees.
