An experienced Virtual Assistant and Customer Service, I had the opportunity to work for the world's biggest retail on online selling, that is Amazon. This is where I gained most of my experience and knowledge in the field of Customer Service and Sales.

I would normally go above and beyond to meet client's needs and be able to build strong customer advocacy. I show confidence in communicating with customers and clients and be resourceful and resilient. This shows my natural enthusiasm for working with people.

Highly repetitive to different personalities, and use various approaches with my interactions with other people (clients, customers, colleagues, and to the management).

I am looking forward to becoming an expert in this field and being able to work and collaborating with fellow professionals may be in the same or in a different line of business.
