● Monitor more than 14 social enterprises’ performance against targets, technical quality of HIV
service delivery, and alignment with subawards in HCMC, Dong Nai and Tay Ninh. Notably, I
played a key role in coordinating the surge initiative to drive performance growth by 30% when the
project
was
impacted
by
project
suspensions,
workforce
changes,
and
demographic/epidemiological trends.
● Lead scheduling, logistics, reporting and communication for technical assistance sessions and
events to enhance connections between social enterprises/community-based organizations
(SEs/CBOs) and other SEs/CBOs, local governments, the project members, the donor, and
technical service providers across provinces. Remarks: 50+ demand-generating communications
events with 2.500 target participants and 3+ anniversary ceremonies with VIP guests, including
representatives of ministries and branches and the Consul General.
● Strenthening capacity for staffs of SEs/CBOs in 5 domains: (1) technical skills, (2) Governance,
Administration, and Operations, (3) Financial Management and Sustainability; (4) Monitoring,

Evaluation, and Learning and (5) Communications. Results: a national assessment of 119 CBOs
in 23 provinces, a technical assistance framework organized by development stage, 2 co-creations
sessions with community partners and a joint plan.
Work closely with the Strategic Information (Quality Control) team to ensure SEs/CBOs capture,
report service delivery and client data as a basis for contract payment and performance review.
Work continuously with operations and finance team to process the payment of the whole subteam. During peak periods, I supported payments of up to 2 billion VND (more than 100 budget
lines) per month.

Served as point of contact for multi-stakeholder projects funded by EU, USAID, CARE.
Oversees grant documentation for investors/donors, activities planning, execution, and monitoring to
ensure project goals met while coordinate stakeholders, manage resources, track progress, and address
challenges.
List of projects:
● Project “Enhancing legal aid and protecting the rights of people with disabilities in the fields of
labor, employment, health care, education” (09/2020 - 10/2021) under the Justice Initiatives
Facilitation Fund (JIFF), one of two components of the project "Strengthening the Law and Justice
in Vietnam" (EU JULE) funded by the EU. We conduced more than 300 legal aid cases, producing
the monopoly games of disability policy and advocacy for health insurance of people with mild
disability.
● INCLUSION 3 project in Tay Ninh, Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc sponsored by USAID, aiming to
improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities. We continued expanding and improving
rehabilitation and social services for 300 people with disabilities, enhancing priority policy
implementation and mobilizing community resources, and building service provider capacity of
local government disabilities agencies as well as 19 community disabilities clubs.
● COVID-19 Resilience project in collaboration with CARE international in Vietnam to implement
micro-finance support valued at over 3 billion VND in 4 months and to strengthening
business/technical skills for female workers in garment industry.

• Develop 20+ communication material packages in graphic design, animation video, live action,
interactive games, and postcard to enhance community awareness of the Gender Equality,
Disability and Social Inclusion of people with disabilities and the support services provided by DRD.
• Develop capability brochures and brand identity for DRD to connect businesses and fundraising
for community services (scholarship, vocational training, career development, mentorship …)
provided by DRD. Our partners include SPS Vietnam, PwC, Uniqlo Vietnam, Aus4Skills, CARE
International in Vietnam to implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Diversity, equity,
and inclusion (DEI) policy program.
• Planning and coordinating events and learning courses, both offline and online with the participants
people with disabilities (physical, hearing, visual impairment), local authorities and international
partners. With the fast pace of the project and COVID19, some events were well organized within
just two weeks.
