Mohanad Aly

I am Mohanad Walid Kamel Aly, a dedicated undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in data science at the Egyptian Russian University (ERU), set to graduate in 2026. With a strong academic foundation complemented by practical experience in programming and data handling, I am passionate about exploring how data can be transformed into actionable insights that drive smarter decision-making.

Since the beginning of my academic journey, I have been deeply interested in the fields of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software development. I have completed several fundamental courses in Python, C++, and Java, which helped me build a solid programming base. My commitment to learning extends beyond the classroom; I have also taken certified courses such as the CCNA from Udemy, demonstrating my interest in networking and infrastructure fundamentals.

One of my proudest achievements was receiving a certificate for the best project at my university using Java, which allowed me to apply theoretical concepts in a practical, real-world application. I continuously strive to improve my technical and problem-solving skills, especially in environments that require analytical thinking and innovation.

I possess hands-on experience in tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and I’ve also worked with data labeling and annotation platforms like Outlier and AI Train. My diverse technical toolkit allows me to adapt quickly and contribute meaningfully to various stages of data-related projects—from raw data processing to visualization and insight communication.

Moreover, I value communication and teamwork, which I believe are as critical as technical skills in the world of data science. I enjoy collaborating with others to solve complex problems, and I am always eager to learn from different perspectives.

Outside of my academic life, I am continuously expanding my knowledge through platforms like TryHackMe, where I explore cybersecurity fundamentals, and I actively engage in online communities and forums that nurture continuous learning and peer exchange.

My goal is to become a data science professional who not only understands the theory behind data but also applies it creatively and ethically to solve real-world challenges. I am ready to contribute to innovative projects and grow within dynamic, forward-thinking teams.
