Blessed day! I’m Mia Joy P. Gadot 18 years old from Lagonglong, Misamis Oriental. I am applying with genuine excitement because I believe that good work comes from both skill and heart, and I am ready to bring both into your team. My journey in creative work started at a young age, and through real hands-on experience, I learned how meaningful design and media can be when they connect with people. Over the past years, I have built a strong foundation in social media management, graphic design, and video editing, handling responsibilities that helped shape me into a dependable and flexible worker

As part of the Youth Circle Page, I managed the official social media platforms, planning posts, creating consistent branding, and ensuring every content piece served its purpose of inspiring and informing the audience. I created and edited high-quality videos and photos, applying creativity to increase engagement and online reach. Working on this page taught me responsibility, teamwork, communication, and how to meet deadlines with excellence.

Alongside this, I handled freelance content creation and video editing projects, producing promotional videos, event highlights, and short-form content for various clients. I worked with transitions, color grading, sound design, and layout creation, always prioritizing clarity, creativity, and client satisfaction. These experiences improved not only my technical skills but also my ability to listen, adapt, and deliver quality output even under time pressure.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Midwifery, and previously finished the Accountancy Business Management (ABM) strand, which strengthened my discipline, organization, and decision-making skills. I also completed church-based training, which shaped my values and work ethic. I believe that integrity, kindness, and dedication are just as important as technical skill in any workplace. I may be young, but I am hardworking, organized, and committed to growing. I value teamwork, open communication, and meeting deadlines, qualities I consistently practiced in every project entrusted to me. More than anything, I aim to contribute positively, learn continuously, and support the vision of the company I become part of.
