My ten years as a Health Insurance Resolution Specialist grants me enough experience in providing over the phone resolution to providers for healthcare related issues. During this period I was able to familiarize health care terminology and some of the processes involved between the provider, insurance company and patient when it comes to claims processes and benefit. I am capable of doing back-office task and have good call handling skills. I also worked as a claims correction specialist in a third party medical billing. Aside from being a claims specialist, I also help on other task such as accounts receivable and billing claims. I am focus at work and reliable. Willing to master my duty, I am confident that I can handle any task given to me with less supervision. I am looking forward to having a stable job.
