Key Responsibilities & Achievements:
1. Product Discovery & User Research:
I led extensive product discovery initiatives, including user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to deeply understand the needs of aspiring tech professionals. These insights informed feature prioritization and product direction.
2. Defining the MVP & Roadmap:
I collaborated with stakeholders to define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), structured the product roadmap, and set clear milestones to ensure value delivery at every stage.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
I worked closely with developers, designers, and marketers in agile sprints to deliver core features like:
Skill Level Assessment (SLA) engine – an intelligent system that identifies users’ current capabilities and learning needs.
