I started my career in the BPO industry as a Technical Service Representative under the account of AT&T. After that, I became a Customer Service Representative under T-Mobile for over a year now. I was also trained to work for another line of business which is the Retail Support Line which specializes in helping retailers in T-Mobile shops all over the US.
I experienced being floor support on the production floor and also mentoring newbies to help them get through the training period. I am confident with both my verbal and written communication skills. I am good with my professional relationship both with my co-workers and with the higher-ups.
Currently, I am a Customer Service Representative and a Project Manager for an account in Canada that manufactures and supplies promotional products. I am tasked to handle emails and customer calls regarding their orders. I enter and process their orders into the system. I also pitch products that the customer would like or look good with their orders.
I am teachable and always strive to be better than my yesterday self. I always work as efficiently as possible because I believe efficiency always equals better output and more work done. I can work individually or as a part of a team. I want to use my abilities to contribute to the growth and success of the company or person I am working for.
