I started at New World Makati Hotel, working from Front Office Associate to Supervisor. I managed the guest hotel experience, including check-in/check-out, cashiering, room allocations, upgrades, coordination with Housekeeping and Engineering, and complaint resolution. I transitioned to short-term rentals, specializing in remote operations with companies like Roami (Formerly Sextant Stays) and Rove Travel. As an Operations Support Specialist and Virtual Concierge my responsibilities includes inventory management, cleaning and maintenance coordination, and purchasing supply orders, handling multiple inquiries and concerns of guests. Further to my journey in remote work, I transferred to Sales/ Reservations, handling inbound rental inquiries, processing bookings, handling payments, and any sales concerns.
