1.      Experience working in this type of environment and my versatility in handling situations as they unfold. I have worked for several start-ups where the job description is more fluid than set in stone and feel completely comfortable in stepping outside the job description and taking on more responsibility when required.

2. There is a gap in my resume where I spent a few years traveling around doing contracts to make enough money to get me to the next destination. I am not looking for that anymore, I now have a family ( baby being born in January) and a future wife. I need something that offers more structure and that will also enable me to stay close to home so I don't miss moments.

3. After working for so many years as a freelance customer support rep, and other odd contracts, I think I have narrowed down I believe I have narrowed down what is the most important to me in terms of an employer. 1) Attitude 2) Character 3) support.

If the attitude of the employer and you are too different than it would feel like a drag to log in every day, what I like is an employer that values a person's autonomy and provides the proper support structure to help a person succeed and make mistakes, then a being a micro-manager. I like to work for a company, or employer, that I can respect through the content of their character and ethos. I also like an employer who has different avenues of support available like a K-base, slack, etc that enables and encourages employees to research and find solutions in real-time.

6. I have a home office set up with a USB wired headphone and mic. I have the option of renting a private office at a co-working building if when the baby comes it gets noisy and hectic during the day.

7. My computer has high-speed internet, i7 processor and is right next to my router. The only complaint you will have on a technical side is about my mechanical keyboard.
