Personal statement
I´m a very adventurous and loyal person. As far as my husband starts working in Prague at the
beginning of February, I also would like to start my own career in Prague. In Estonia I worked as a
concept manager in a big floral store chain, and loved it. I love to experience new situations, and test
my abilities to adjust in different environments. I love to travel, and I do it every free moment I can.
I can offer my knowledge in the areas that I love (retail and managing the stores), my passion to work
and people, and my loyalty to my employer.
I have always wanted to work abroad, practice my language, and be very good at something. I have
finally found that retail is the area where i`m very good at, so why not to use these experiences
abroad as well. In the future I will launch my own visual merchandising company because I like to
create beauty and bring my thoughts to other employees via internal training.

Responsible for the whole work in 25 flower stores in Estonia of Jardin OÜ; Composing internal
information days, schooling/ seminars for the new employees and to store managers all over the store
chain; introducing the new quality system to the employees by schooling and seminars; opening new
stores; renovating the old ones; product placement plans; quality control in all the stores. Using
SketchUp drawing program to create the store plan and implement the plans in a physical store.
