Gustavo Willians

I am a Software Engineer focused on Back-End and trained in Systems Analysis and Development, working with excellence in creating scalable, integrated, and well-documented solutions. I have solid experience in agile environments and a strong adherence to best practices in software engineering and technical governance.

Currently, I work on developing APIs, automations, and robust integrations using Python, Node.js, and MySQL in projects involving AWS Lambda, versioning with Git, and technical documentation with PlantUML. My work also extends to Systems Governance, which allows me to combine technical and strategic vision to ensure efficiency, scalability, and security in the systems developed.

I have experience with RESTful and JSON integrations, development, and maintenance of internal systems, as well as familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when necessary. I have participated in digital modernization initiatives at the City of São Paulo, contributing solutions that supported public administration and drove technological transformation.

I am fluent in English (B2 level) and value continuous learning. I hold certifications in complementary areas such as Design Thinking, ESG and Sustainability, Cybersecurity, Data Analysis for Social Impact, as well as technical certifications in databases and SQL.
