the Philippines and United States whose responsibility is to perform
the administration of systems to create expatriate offer packages,
effect expat payroll components and maintain database.
As the highest ranking member of the Manila Global Mobility Team,
manages performance of all Global Mobility Manila members, almost
30 employees, closely coordinating with off-shore direct supervisors.
Represents the team in the HR Manila leadership committee and
ensures Global Mobility Manila is operating with established budgets.
Project Work: Serves as lead or key participant on projects or other
initiatives having a high impact on Chevron’s Global Mobility
business, oftentimes using Chevron’s project management process,
Lean Sigma or Kaizen.
Reports directly to Global Mobility Operations Manager located in
Houston, Texas.
During on-boarding, spent three months in San Ramon, California
and Houston, Texas to train for the role.
