I have a total of 14 years in customer support/service, 8 of which were completed remotely. I am a self-governed, motivated, proactive individual. I understand the need to build rapport with a customer by earning their trust to complete and properly build a lasting client relationship. An example of this would be when one of my customers had minor automobile accident in a rental car while outside of the United States. This incident left her with no transportation to continue her vacation. In one call, I was able to file the appropriate claim to have the rental vehicle repaired and get her into another rental vehicle which enabled her to continue her vacation in sunny Mexico. By taking care of all of her needs at one time, I was able to boost the company’s image and relieve our patron of stress making her a very satisfied customer. I consider myself to be dependable, ethical, compassionate, and hard-working. I have a strong passion for helping others which has always proved to be beneficial in the service and support industry.
