Hello! My name is Catherine, and I hope to work for you. For the last decade I have managed hospitality venues as well as having my own small business. In that time I have successfully managed customer relationships, increased sale production, and managed small teams of people. While my strengths are generally people relations and customer service, I have a lot of experience in business admin and day-to-day operations. I have excellent phone manners and a good memory for the smaller details that build customer rapport, and I take a lot of pride in being a positive spot in my customers’ day.
I am here because covid has taught me it would be beneficial for me to learn new skills and to be in new situations amongst different professional cultures.
