Job description:

A Sales Agent is typically responsible for contacting prospective customers via phone call, text, or email.

Successfully convert both warm and cold leads into a sale. Use product knowledge to showcase the

solutions that our company can offer to prospects. Convince prospect customers to use existing

vouchers. Create a long lasting relationship with clients. Contribute to improving the current workflow by

creating and/or modifying existing call flows and scripts to improve conversion rates.

Minimum Requirements:

● Good to excellent English both in verbal and written communication skills

● Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail

● Excellent phone etiquette

● A professional and courteous disposition

● Persuasive and results-oriented

Others:

● Willingness to work

○ 5 days x 9 hours per week (45 hours work-week)

■ 1 hour unpaid lunch per workday

■ 30 minutes paid break per workday

○ during day, mid or graveyard shift, Holidays and rotating rest days

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced tech startup environment
