About the Role
Home Authority is looking for a motivated Entry-Level Remote Operations Assistant to support daily operational and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for candidates starting their careers or transitioning into operations, remote work, or administrative support. Training and guidance will be provided to help you succeed in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations and administrative support tasks
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support task coordination and workflow tracking
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Update spreadsheets, reports, and internal tools
- Help maintain organized digital files and documentation
- Follow established processes and assist with basic process improvements
- Support supervisors and team members with operational requests
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- No prior professional experience required; training provided
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, documents, and spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, volunteer, or academic project experience related to operations, administration, or coordination
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
