We are looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven B2B Sales Farmer to manage and grow our existing network of dealers. Unlike a Hunter, your success isn't measured by how many doors you knock on, but by how much you grow the seeds we’ve already planted.
You will be the primary point of contact for our dealers. Your mission is to ensure they are fully stocked, educated on our latest innovations, and—most importantly—increasing their monthly order volume. You are part consultant, part strategist, and 100% revenue-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Maintain weekly touchpoints with a portfolio of dealers to build long-term loyalty.
- Revenue Growth: Analyze past purchasing patterns to identify "under-performing" dealers and implement strategies to increase their spend.
- Product Education: Host virtual training sessions for dealers to ensure they know how to sell our products effectively to their end customers.
- Conflict Resolution: Tackle logistical or billing issues head-on before they sour the relationship.
- Reporting: Track KPIs including Retention Rate, Account Growth (Upsell/Cross-sell), and Dealer Satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B2B Experience: Minimum 3+ years in B2B account management or relationship sales (preferably working with distributors or dealers).
- Communication: Flawless verbal and written English. You must be able to hold "command" over a Zoom call with business owners.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot/Pipedrive) and Excel to track dealer performance data.
- The "Farmer" Instinct: A proven track record of growing account value. We are not looking for someone who wait for the dealer to email them with an order. That is not a Farmer; that is a clerk.
- Technical Setup: High-speed internet (min 20Mbps), noise-canceling headset, and a professional, distraction-free home office.
