Responsibilities of the Accounting & Finance Assistant:

Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage bi-monthly bill pay cycles (1st and 15th of each month), covering between 25–50 accounts/bills at a time

  • Partner with the Controller to execute payments on time and maintain clean records

  • Look for opportunities to streamline and automate existing Excel-based processes

  • Assist with monthly closings across multiple entities.

  • Record invoices into QuickBooks and reconcile against budgets.

  • Export and track data in budgeting spreadsheets.

  • Process reimbursements and maintain expense reports.
